Damon Ross currently holds the position of Senior Group Vice President of CORT Events. A member of the CORT team since 1998, Damon has held various positions within operations, finance, and sales. His multifaceted experience has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and how to navigate the ever-changing landscape.
Before joining CORT, Damon held management roles across different industries, including financial services, distribution, and manufacturing. This diverse background has equipped him with a unique perspective and valuable insights that contribute to his success in his current role.

Damon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Marquette University. Damon has served on various industry and non-profit boards throughout his tenure and is the current President of ESCA and co-chair of ESCA’s DEI committee.
