J.T. Marcum is a seasoned executive leader specializing in operations, supply chain strategy, and financial optimization. As Executive Vice President, Corporate Operations and Supply Chain at CORT, he oversees Global Supply Chain, Product Development, Housewares Operations, Freight Logistics, and Real Estate, driving efficiency, cost savings, and enterprise-wide logistics improvements.

Since joining CORT in 2019 as Vice President of Business Strategy, J.T. has led transformative initiatives that have streamlined operations, reduced costs, and enhanced profitability. Under his leadership, CORT has optimized procurement strategies, improved service delivery, and implemented scalable logistics solutions that strengthen the company's financial performance. His strategic approach has resulted in recurring EBITA gains, inventory reductions, and significant transportation cost savings.

Before joining CORT, J.T. served as the Vice President of Account Management at Lineage Logistics in the Dallas,Texas area, where he managed client relationships and driving business growth. His exceptional performance has been recognized through various accolades, including the President's Sales Champion Award at Holland, three Quarterly Leader Awards at Con-Way Freight, and Rookie of the Year at CEVA Logistics. Additionally, J.T. holds two United States Patents for his contributions to the development of a protective suit utilized in the Nuclear Decommissioning and Decontamination industry.

J.T. earned his Bachelor of Arts from Ball State University and holds ASCM-CPIM and Lean Bronze certifications. He remains actively involved with his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon, as an alumni volunteer. He resides in Brambleton, VA, with his wife Kristin and their beloved dog Brodie. In their free time, J.T. and Kristin enjoy golfing, exploring Northern Virginia's wine country, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
